Two positive integers are Relatively Prime if their GCD is $1$.

Informal Definition


Two positive integers have a GCD of $1$.

Example(s)


$12$ and $25$ have a GCD of $1$, and thus are relatively prime.

Non-example(s)


$12$ and $18$ have a GCD of $6$, and therefore would not be relatively prime.
